Dear Yogis,

Just to let you know that i still have 2 spaces left on my weekend retreat at Littleton Mill.

"Detox and rejuvinate", retreat from 8th-10th January 2010.

I also plan to run another in March so of you can't make January and fancy a weekend away in the spring then let me know.

There is also still space on the Morocco retreat if any of you are looking ahead to a winter break...

It's such a gorgeous centre and will be just the way to pick up those energy levels in the depths of January.
