"Detox and Rejuvinate"

A weekend, to rebalance the system, physically, mentally and energetically after the busy Christmas period.

Time to ditch the negative connotations of our usual New years resolutions and to simply set some positive and non-judgemental intentions and affirmations for the year ahead.

The weekend will include 2 delicious and nutritious meals a day, all yoga sessions and accommodation in shared twin rooms. Transfer from Chippenham station can be arranged if you are taking the train.

Accommodation is on a first come first served basis. There is room for 8 in the mill based on shared twin rooms, but if there are more of you, it will be possible to stay in a local bed and breakfast and we will alter the price accordingly

All prices include two Yoga sessions daily, meals and accommodation.
